Open the Template: delete my Copyright layer.
Activate the 'Star' layer and fill with the Linear Gradient Tool using your Fore/ Background colors from left to right.

Activate the 'Circle 1' layer, add layer style 'color overlay': foreground color and Opacity 40%. 'Outer glow': Blend mode- Normal, Opacity 100%, Noise 0%, Technique- Softer, Spread 0%, Size 50px.

Activate the 'Circle 2' layer, add layer style 'color overlay': Blend mode- Overlay in your Background color. Also add a drop shadow your choice.
Activate the 'Dots 2' layer and add a Bevel & Emboss layer style.

Activate the 'Square' layer, fill with your Foreground color and add a drop shadow.

Activate the 'Dots 1' layer, add layer style 'Bevel & emboss' and 'Stroke' Size-1 with your foreground color.

Pull your Tube (Raster 1) into your canvas, move it into place (if you have to resize, now is the time to do so). Duplicate your Tube (Raster 1 copy).

Activate 'Raster 1'. Holt down the 'Alt' button and click into the Thumbnail of 'Circle 1' to mark it. Raster 1 should still be activated.

Select > Inverse
Hit the Delete button.
Select > Deselect
Add a drop shadow your choice.

Activate 'Raster 1 copy' and use the Eraser Tool to remove everything hanging over on the bottom of Dots 1.

Add the ©Copyright information and your Watermark and rasterize Layer.

Set the layers:' Star, Star copy, Star copy2 and Star copy 3' invisible.

Merge visible layers.

Add a layer (Layer 1), fill with white and move it to the bottom.
Select > All
Select > Modify > Border, 10 Pixel.
